how to get the oxide thickness in cadence

How can find out the oxide thickness in Cadence for 0.25 um technology? Does anyone know???
 

you have to check the model file from your foundry. Cadence can not provide this information.

in model file, tox refer to the oxide thickness

gingerjiang -- I know what tox stands for, but who knows how to find its value for 0.25um in Cadence?

do you have the process design kit(PDK) of the technology you use? you need get it from the foundry
the model file is included in PDK

you need contact the foundry whose technology you are using to get it
