What is the meaning of cache coherency?

when two or more processors share one memory they load some part of memory in thier cache.if one processor change a value in its cache that value may be exist in other processors cache then that value will not be the same.so in this condition processors should coherent their cache to make the changed data equal.

cache coherency is when a value changed in the memory is changed in cache and vice versa....
