1) what is the in-rush current ?

2) if this current is too large ,what will happen and the negative results?

3) the relationship between the in-rush current and soft-start speed ?

4)how to decrease this current or improve the soft-start speed?

in rush current is the current that surges into the circuit as soon as it is switched on due to the capacitance of the circuit.... if surge current is too large it can cause damage to the wire and capacitances it uses.... and also electromigration...
