Hi,

I am working on the serial wire debugger protocol it has 4 pins(SWDIO, SWCLK, NRST, SWO), I got the importance of the SWDIO, SWCLK, SWO but i didn't find the importance of NRST in any where, but in some posts they mention the NRST also.

I am configuring the SWD in correct way as per my data sheet first Line reset then passing the ID it changed the JTAG to SWD and then line reset then finally I passed the IDCODE packet sequence but i don't got the ACK response from the target.

But my sequence is correct as per data sheet(STM32F407 SWD protocol), can any one help about the SWD protocol.

Thanks & Regards,

Chandu.Kurapati.
