What is the impact of the transistor's width to threshold voltage?

At least for long channel model, transistor's width should have any effects on the threshold voltage. But how about short channel? Anyone knows? Thanks!
 

increasing the width of transistor increases the threshold voltage. You can get this info from transistor models file.

There are some "narrow channel" effects in short channel mosfets, such as dependency of Vth on W.
Refer to "operation and modeling of the mos transistor" by Tsividis.
