what is the new-fashionish item or technology in the integrated mixed signal design?

what I'm going to say that is ... what is the next-generation technology in the integrated circuit design?

As an analog circuit designer or layout engineer, what should I study about?

In my opinion, large AMOLED panel/E-ink driver IC or semiconductor devices which oriented health-care technology become major technology in some day.
