DFT MAX is not an ATPG tool. It is a tool to do scan insertion with compressor decompressor.
DFT MAX does not gives any coverage.
You can compare the coverage between a design with compressor and one with out compressor.
Here if you remove the faults in the compressor and decompressor you should get the same coverage. There may be a slight pattern inflation in compression mode to take account for the compression logic.
