what is the difference between Star_RC,Star_RCXT and StarDC?

Re: what is the difference between Star_RC,Star_RCXT and Sta

I guess Star-RC XT (XT is the high performance option) excels.

Re: what is the difference between Star_RC,Star_RCXT and Sta

Dear Sir,

I guess star-rc for 2D extraction, star-rcxt for 2.5d extraction, so star-rcxt have more accuracy.
As for star-dc is a delay calculator as like prime-time.

Best Regards,

Hi,

I understand that 2.5D extraction is more accurate and more preferred than 2D extraction. I also heard that there is a 3D extraction too..

But wht is exactly the difference between these 2D and 2.5D? What all values are not present in 2D that is in 2.5D?

Re: what is the difference between Star_RC,Star_RCXT

Hi,

I make some mistakes about above post.
star-rc and star-rcxt are 2.5d extraction tool.
2D , length and width are variable thickness(high)=0
2.5D, length and width are variable. thickness is a fixed value.
