What is the difference between SDC Version 1.8 and older?

I am trying to generate ILM using PT but I am encountering an error : "SDC could not be read as the version is older than 1.8". Kindly guide me where can I get some sort of documentation mentioning the difference. Thanks

Can you try "set sdc_version 1.7" or to the corresponding version. Hope this helps.
