I am called for the interview for the post of Research Associate in the project -Design of integrated SCB chip.
Frankly I didnt understand this topic?I even Googled it,only to find nothing?
Is this any latest development in VLSI ?

I won't rate "SCB" as a commonly used technical term. My first guess is "Semiconductor Bridge", which is weapon technology.
