imos transistor

I've dealing with a circuit containing iMOS and ZMOS transistor. Anyone know what is the difference between them and NMOS/PMOS transistor? Under what circumstance one will prefer than the other. Any link to get more information about these type of transistor?

Thank !

zmos process

Did you have more info about that.

I only know about

1. Isolated MOS which have a stacked well to isolate both NMOS/PMOS
2. Drain extension MOS to have high voltage capability on one side
3. Field gate MOS devices for very high voltage applications

What process?
