i just want to know what is a integrated capacitor and how many type of integrated capacitor...

think that your mean is the capacitor bank ? if yes , the capacitor bank is for the power factor correction at reactive loades.
And it will help to improve the reactive power coefficient . ( up to 0.9) .

Or probably your mean is about the capacitor ics , if yes , they are some ics the consist some capacitor at one package ( i think)
 

Integrated is the opposite of discrete, ie "on-chip". erikl's document has described most of the common types of integrated capacitors.
 

Mmmh... or maybe you mean an integrated capacitor made with mos technology? Like an MOSCAP?
In this case you can think it like a MOSFET with drain and source connected at the same node.
