Hello

What is a difference between PWELL and PSUB ???

PWELL Vs Psub

PSUB is a P type Subtrate and is commonly used substrate in silicon wafer base, also it will use less well to isolate different types of devices in the silicon wafer base.
Only N-WELL is used in this process...except if the process used a Deep NWELL then a PWELL is created to isolate n-type mos devices.

P-WELL is a type of Well to isolate normally an n-type mos devices commonly used in an N type Substrate Silicon wafer base. In case of an N type Substrate Silicon wafer base double wells are normally used...an NWELL and PWELL.

Hope this help.

PWELL Vs Psub

There sure are diff between Pwell and Psub
But if you just has twin-well tech, to the point view of layout, pWell is Psub, for no pwell need to be drawn

Pwell and Psub are different regions in layout. Typically, Pwell doping concentration is higher than Psub.

Yeah, psub has a higher doping level than pwell. additionally, pwell is used in triple well process in which it is located within deep N-well.
