i want to know which file debussy tool will generate after we run simulations? (like vcs tool generates the .vpd file). Also give the full form of that file name. and what is full form of .wlf which generate in modelsim?

debussy tool semiconductor

I think it will dump fsdb file.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

debussy memory dump

debussy can read fsdb (debussy specify format and vcd file. you need add debussy pli in you testbench and stimulus.

Re: About debussy tool

fsdb -----> Fast Signal Data Base

Re: About debussy tool

Usually if takes fsdb file but if we can try to open .dump format also which the tool will convert itself while opening

About debussy tool

yeah, the wave record format used by Debussy is fsdb, less memory, good capture

Re: About debussy tool

you can also read in VCD dumps. Debussy will convert it to fsdb then.
cheers
