unannotated

There are many "unannotated" words such as
"Warning: Design has unannotated primary inputs. (PWR-414)
Warning: Design has unannotated sequential cell outputs. (PWR-415)
Warning: Design has unannotated black-box outputs. (PWR-428) "

What does unannotated mean? I searched on google but got no valuable information.

unannotated means

i assume as,, annotation means ,, extracting the rc values (real or estimated), and back applying to the nets for calculating the delays,
so in this case ur design has some wires whose delays are not calculated so optimizations/analysis will not be accurate

I have warnings PWR-414,415,428 in my project.
I can see problem pins with help command:
propagate_switching_activity -verbose
but how i can overcome this warnings?
