What does it mean by"Large QG PFET"?

small qg pfet

Any special points to be considered for such FET?
 

If I understand your terminology correctly, Qg is gate charge for a MOSFET. Ideally, you want a small Qg. If you have a large Qg, then the device may not turn off and on as fast when driven from its gate.
