Maybe this is a real elementary question, but I see mention of DSN files a lot. Is this strictly an Orcad schematic item, or is there some other files called this format? If so, what does this mean?

Thank you.

it is strictly schematics thing it is generated by proteous odbc and orcad

it is a file that is used for pcb routing and transfering it from capture to layout
