i am building a bridge rectifier, input is am signal (frequency between 500 and 1600 KHz), with amlitude around 2 Vp

For these frequencies, fast recovery diodes or shottky barrier diodes are used.

You failed to include if your rectifier is detecting a signal or rectifying power.
To detect low-level signals in the AM band you mentioned, any detector diode will work.
To rectify a higher-power at AM band, fast Schottky diodes are more efficient.
Please be aware that use of the AM band is licensed and you are not free to radiate a high-power signals in order to transmit a fraction of power over a distance. Interfering with licensed users and transmitters is punished by law.
