What chip producers send samples outside the USA?

i need to know , wich chip providers , would send free samples...

i know microchip and maxim does....

wich Would send outside the us ?

to what extent, I've tried successfully with T.I. and Freescale, they provide samples without any charge but maybe you have to pay tax if your country requires.
