What are the differences between Power MOSFETs and the MOSFETs in VLSI circuits?

I can't seem to find a definitive document that describes the differences, or are they both the same?

Why not try web-searching "power mosfet" (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_MOSFET ) ?

You'll notice this also finds decent app-notes from IRF and others.
