Can anyone tell me What are the differences between doped MOS and nondoped MOS?

Thank you very much!

Never heard of such differentiation (with this wording). MOS circuits always need doping. But perhaps doped MOS refers to a native MOS transistor, which needs additional doping operations compared to a standard MOS transistor?

Thanks Erikl.

I think the non-doped MOS might refer to the native MOS, with nearly zero threshold voltage, while the doped MOS refer to normal MOS.
