I want to know what are the area and the perimeter of the Drain or Source for TSMC CMOS 0.18µm depending on λ ( parameter of design ).

Depends on how many λ's are used for W and L of the MOSFET.

If you can't measure it, for an approximation use AD=AS=W*L and PD=PS=W+2L (the 2^nd W is already considered by the MOSFET's internal parameters).
