[SOLVED] What are components and how to make components in Matlab?

Hi !!!

Can anyone tell me what are components and how to make components in matlab.....
I am doing a project on OFDM and in this project I have to make different components of receiver, transmitter, channel etc.
If anyone has any idea on making components in matlab please reply ASAP

Hi

Well first you need to mention, are you looking for Simulink Model or Just Scripting

In scripting , all your componets are just functions
In Simulink, all components are Block Model wherein your transmitter include (Source, Modulation & Transmitting Module) , Channel (inbuilt block within communication blockset) & receiver (Receiving Module, Demodulation & Source transformation)
