if ur talking about the integrated spiral inductors , the model is complex , not simple pi model , check IEEE , about recent publication in spiral inductors
u can use a EM simulator to simulate ur spiral , and get the S parameters and include it in simulations
In standard RFIC, spiral inductors are used.
The inductance of a spiral inductor is determined by its geometry parameters.
You can find articles or books talking about hand calculation.
Softwares such as Ansoft HFSS and equavalent can give you numerical analysis.
In circuit design, parasitic effects should be considered. The following article gives
a widely used equivalent circuit model.
