I'm trying to export placement coordinates of my board with the command under:
file/export/general interfaces/Generic ATE.
When the operation start, I receive an error from:

AppName: vbcam_tl.exe AppVer: 16.1.1.1 ModName: vbcam_tl.exe
ModVer: 16.1.1.1 Offset: 0000369d.
