Website Access from mobile phone

I have a website running in windows server and can Access from internet through "www.aneesh.com " domain name . Now I want to know, Is it can access from my mobile phone with same domain name ? Or anything extra need for it ? Please help me .

I doubt this very much, the provided domain is not registered (it's still on sale).
In any case a website link is the same, it doesn't matter if you access it from a PC of a mobile phone

The domain name I had given is just for an example . My doubt is when I host a website , is it accessable from both computer and mobile phone by default ?
 

You mean that you host the web page in your computer?
If you have a registered domain name then the Domain Name Service (DNS) will redirect any request for the particular domain to your IP.
If you are just experimenting with a webserver like Apache and you don't have a domain name then you will be able to access the site through your PC using the local network but to access if from outside you have to use your IP as an address or to use a service like https://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ that can forward the requests to your IP
