wavelength in MMIC, do you know ? how to define

How does he get the wavelength 82um*4=328um, which for 60GHz?

the wavelength would be c/f=(3*10^8)/(60*10^9)=5mm.

5mm is not equal to 328um.

Wavelength is also function of substrate so that is
lambda(eff)=lambda(0)/sqrt(Er(eff))
The wavelength which you found is valid for space but in the substrate it will be different in according with that relation.
