How do I achieve the modulator coefficients in a continuous sigma-delta modulator?

Recently, I was reading the book "Understanding Sigma Delta" (second edition). There are still many things that I don't understand about the continuous sigma-delta, for example, how to achieve the modulator coefficients in the continuous sigma-delta modulator? I have been wondering, how does the resistor in Figure 10.54 achieve K2 and K3 in Figure 10.49?
