wave function - directly integrated? how can it be improved

Question 1: If the wavefunction is directly integrated, can I always get to the expect result of 1??
Question 2:why or why not???
Question 3: How can it be improved??

According to quantum mechanics, if you integrate square of the modulus of a wave function, you get 1.
Have you ever thought about null oscillations? Do you know that if there were null oscillations, then diamond would maintain ther temperature of 95 centigrades?
Have you verified the truth about the photoelectric effect?
