water pollution Sensor help!

Hi i am currently working on a project to detect different elements in water like PH,conductivity,chlorine,nitrate,lead pollutants etc..I need help finding the sensors that detect each of these elements separately...i am unable to find proper senors with microcontroller interfacing ina any websites pls can u give any good sensor website links:-( ??
