WANTED: model type/datasheet for this unknown LCD?

Hello this is a 128x64 LCD. It is ks0108 -compatible but I'm not able to find datasheet for this. Strangely enough, it has 22
pins (while most LCDs have 20 pins). The purpose of those extra 2 pins (21, 22) is unknown to me. I'm trying to interface it
with PIC16f876a, without success. pin 19 and 20 are A and K for the backlight (the backlight works ok)
Anyone has some clue on exact model and where can I find the datasheet?

It is a GLCD. The two pins will be CS1 and CS2.

VSS, VDD, VEE, LED+, LED-, 8 pins data, rst, cs1, cs2, rs, rw, e1, e2, Vout, 1 pin unknown.

The extra pin may be for Frame Ground.

Contact Winstar and ask then datasheet of 12864A Rev J GLCD with 22 pins.
