Hello all. i want to write a code for simple 3 bit asynchronous counter in verilog. and testbench in system verilog. Can anybody send the both

I recommend you learn it yourself, there are nice tutorials available and there are books too.

It is so easy. There are some examples in SV, which are attached in EDA simulatior.They are good reference.
