when we do OCV analysis, gnerally we use libs like this,
some tech will have two characterised libs for same pvt corner, for example soi tech libs have two libs for thesame corner as the delays in the soi tech varies with time of operation,

i heard from a mentor guy, whn they went for evaluating thier mcmm tool (as they claim as thier tool is best in industry for mcmm) ,, some MNC has given 180 corners to be analysed
