hello
what is VVA (voltage variable attenuator) and its role in a power amplifier system?

it is an anttenuator controlled by voltage "voltage controlled attenuator".
the role in the power amplifier system , it can control the input power level for the PA to make sure that the output power is constant , it is usually employ PIN diodes
