virtuoso chip assembly router/ HOW setting the metal layer for routing?

Dear all,

I am using VCAR to do the routing. It uses all of my metal layer and poly layer for wire routing. Could anyone teach me how could I tell the router to use metal1 - 4 for wire routing?
