virtual ground MTCMOS and a series capacitor connected with virtual ground capacitor

when a sleep transistor is used a virtual ground Vx is created

is it possible to create an external virtual ground and connect a capacitor is series with Cx the virtual ground capacitor and to be the virtual ground for all the load capacitors in the circuit

and when the sleep transistor is on the new capacitor and the Cx the virtual ground capacitor will be discharged
