hi, I am using virtex 5 and I have a problem. It has 2 modes of operation one is in 2.5V and another 3.3V. Now I have an input waveform that is 0 to 1.2V and I want this virtex 5 board to recognize 0V as logic 0 and 1.2V as logic 1.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestion. Is there any in-built level shifter in virtex 5 that can help?

You could e.g. utilize LVDS inputs as level converter, biasing the inverting input to 0.6V.
