VGA analog in cable

Hi, do we have VGA analog in cable ? I guess when we process the image in FPGA it is digital as each pixel is 8 or 10 bits but then there is Digital to Analog on the board that convert each red, green, and blue pixel to analog right ? and that's why we have three pins in the VGA connector for red, green and blue pixel, right ? in addition to row and col pins.

Correct. Standard VGA is analog red, green and blue with syncs. The VGA output is digital from video ram, fed through a look up table (palette) then a DAC to produce the signals you see on the cable.
