Verilog A -- Differential Equation

Hello

I am electronics person with very little knowledge of verilog A. I am trying to model a diode in verily-A at device physics level. This includes dealing with various differential equations (handling recombination of carriers). Can any one please guide me to an appropriate location or tell me how to do differential equations in Verilog - A
