Hello all,

I am evaluating the possibility to use the MRAM by Freescale instead of common Flash
EEPROM to store the FW for a custom board equipped with DSP, FPGA and other programmable devices.
Does anybody currently use this kind of memories?
In particular I would like to have the FW capability to use this NV RAM without the necessity of sectors erase prior writing new data (this operation is necessary with FLASH chip).
Have you any advices?

Thank you
