I am using PROTEUS 7 Professional ISIS 7professional drwaing my Electronics Circuits. I have following queries regarding on the high quality resolution schematic or circuit while exporting using different file formats

(1) Proteus 7 professional is allowing us to export the following file formats
(a) BitMap
(b) MetFile
(c) DXF File
(d) EPS File
(e) PDF file
(g) Vector file
My question is, from the above file format which one will give the high quality schematic and high resoluation, can you clarify it.

(2) Similarly, while exporting Bitmap file format. It is asking us to select the Resolution from 100 dpi to 600dpi and Colours as mono,16,256, Display.
For my scheamtic I am saving my graphics in the " BLACK AND WHITE" format. From the above Bit map file which will choose for high quality from 100 dpi to 600 dpi and colours which colour I have to choose monochrome or 16 or or 256 or Display for high quality. Can you clarify it.

dpi are dots per inch, a higher number gives more resolution, so 600dpi is the best quality but even 300dpi should be sufficient.
Color is a matter of preference, not resolution. I find black & white easier to read.
bmp (bitmap) is good but when the resolution is set high the size will increase to several MBytes

From the list you provide there are several vector format (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_graphics) which can be zoomed in as much as you want without any degradation in quality.
I assume you want a format that can be easily opened by anyone and in that respect pdf should be a good option. The content is in vector format so can be easily zoomed in/out with the same high quality.

Apart from printing can often be high resolution, the program may not export to PDF but it sure can be printed to it.
PDF will meet everything he is asking for.
