Hi.

Is it possible to make a 5V PCI-card work without a PC? I have a PCI-card whitch function is to output for example a 75MHz signal through an integrated output.

Would it work, if i would give the card all the voltages it requires? Or does it still need some kind of a clock signal.

As far as I know, the card is not operated by any PC program. So I wouldn't need to communicate with the card in any way.

There's lots of pinouts available on the net, but are all the 5V, 3,3V and grounds actually required?

I would be very greatful for your help.

all voltages may be required...
your card may be using all type of voltages..
and some sort of communication will be there...
for that you can use a microcontroller..
for clock signal u can use.. any clock..

I think atleast one time your card will communicate with PC...
