m-file is supported by MATLAB
you can build it to MEX or DLL.

Using VB, VC or any Software that supported ACTIVEX to call your customed DLL....
 

Hi,
I thin kmatlab compiler is the best way to make the C file from the m files and then when once you are in C you can manipulate it as per your needs.
if i remember correctly then mcc is the command.
try help mcc in matlab
