using Mass storage demo - how to write data to PIC18F4550 internal flash ??

Hi All

I'm using Microchip USB demo for mass storage - Internal flash firmware with PIC18F4550, firmware developed in C18, can any one guide me how to Read/Write data to PIC18F4550 internal memory, which i can later access it from PC as flash memory disk.

Ok, got from other forums that I should used read/write data to sectors of the PIC18F4550, and I can't use the FSIO.h API's like FSfopen, FSfclose,...etc,
so, does anyone have an idea of how to write to sectors of the internal flash, known that FAT16 file system is used, and how this will be reflected on how the data will stored or how i will be able to extract it.
