Using EVBUSB3300-EZK in ML507 board as a USB transceiver

Hi. I just want to ask about the handshake procedure for HI-SPEED mode of the EVBUSB3300-EZK. My problem is that I do not receive the setup packet after the 3 valid KJ chirps. What could possibly be the problem? And also, it seems that when I try to set the transceiver into FULL SPEED mode and the device moves on to the KJ chirping, the Host continually sends the KJ chirps even if it exceeds the necessary time that it should be chirping. According to the USB Specification and the ULPI specification, when the Host does not receive a K state from the device or when it exceeds 10-20ms, it will set the speed into Full speed. What can I do about this?
