Using DC block for RF power amplifier design

Hi. Regarding the RF power amplifier design. I used an ideal DC block through the simulation using ADS. During the measurements I used 11742A Agilent Blocking capacitor provided by Keysight technology (see attached pictures). So, I am wondering if this could affect the design performance as 11742A Agilent blocking cap is different from the ideal blocking cap used through the simulation? Please those who have experienced PA measurements share your experience and how you have dealt with this. Thanks in advanced.

DC_Block is an Ideal Capacitor but the other is physical element.You have to carefully examine its' characteristics in regard of your amplifier feature.

Yes I have considered its voltage and current capability. But my wondering about the effect on RF performance like matching,..... and so on. How I can see the effect of this physical cap during the simulations?

If you have RLC model of this DC Block, you can use it in your simulation but they are very low lossy components therefore no need to worry.
