hello all,
can anyone share any useful material on 3GPP. be it ppts, pdfs, or releases from the 3GPP.

All the specifications from 3GPP are available for free download on the site:
www.3GPP.org
The official ETSI versions of 3GPP documents can be obtained from:
h**p://pda.etsi.org/pda
