Use of MON51 and ISD51 with Keil and C support

Can anybody tell me how to build MON51 and ISD51 with C debugging for keil. In case of MON51 how the SRAM is connected to the debuggee (to be debugged) to the micro-controller (AT89s52). Can anybody post the schematic along with code for MON51 and ISD51, it will be very helpful.
