The questions sounds a bit strange. There are tons of PICkit 2 and 3 designs as well as other PIC programmers on the internet. Hard to believe that you never stumbled upon it.
Internet circuits and not always trusted and I wouldn't wanna take chances to waste components or even damage my pc cus components are really expensive over here. I need anyone someone have really tested and working please
