Usb not recognized Problem with AT89C5131

I m facing USB not recognized problem frequently with AT89C5131 microcontroller,
Some times when i connect with usb then directly i can able to programed but some times frequently i used to trying then i can progrmmed.
I have checked all test points
1) D+ & D- lines
2) Power supply to the kit
3) Crystal connections
4) All passive components which is used with D+ & D- lines

So any one please help me to solve this problem.....
